Recording into Mpc 2000xl from multiple source

I have an Motu 828 mkii, iMac running logic, turntable and midi keyboard....currently I am able to play anything from the computer to the monitors by switching preferences to the interface instead of the internal computer speakers...I have 8 ins and 8 out on the interface...how can o run everything into the interface then from the interface to the mpc while still using the out of the interface to the monitors without interference.

The MPC has only two inputs L and R. Take 2 outputs from your soundcard and plug them in to the MPC sample input. The MPC outputs should now go in to the soundcard (Stereo L/R only or 8 indv. if you want to separate sounds i.e. kick, snare, hihat). Now use your software settings/preferences to follow suit with what you just plugged in.
