Display Main Screen Fault

Hi, i built in the 8 outputs board and now i have a fault on the main screen. only the main screen shows some strange digits, see pics.

please give me some solutions. Thanks!!!

Take out the board and return to normal.
See if it works.
Put the board back in and make sure everything is seated correctly and try again.

Stop getting automatically offended when you see gold letters!

Maybe you unseated a wire/cable somewhere. Maybe you placed a wrong screw back into the wrong hole somewhere. This happened to me when I first took apart a friends 2k classic. I opened it back up putting everything back one by one, little by little powering on/off until everything came back normal. Or it could be corrupt OS. Maybe unseated RAM?
