Trigger Map for MPC Ren & Alesis DM10

Hello MPC Users,

This is my first post here, so I hope I'm in the right place.

I'd like to know if there's anyone experienced in triggering MPC Ren drum sounds from and external electronic drum-kit.
I have an Alesis DM10, which I've just setup in Logic Pro X, and it's working fine in there with DKD and Kontakt.

But when I opened up MPC Ren, on an Instrument Track in LPX, I was able to hit the DM10 mesh-pads and here some MPC sounds, but they were all over the place, as in 'Note "C1" is usually a Kick Drum, but in MPC it's playing something else.

How can I 'Map' the DM10 triggers to the desired 'Pads' within MPC Ren..?

Any help much appreciated in advance...

I don't know off the top I haven't did it, but I believe you can use midi learn to do it or find the midi cc for each pad and save that as a MPC Ren template in your DM10 and bring that up when you want to use it.

You had a chance to try it out yet?

I've been busy setting new gear up, so haven't got back to this yet. I have however figured out how to use the DM10 to trigger Drum inside Logic Pro X, so will get around to the MPC issue soo. When I do sort it I'll post here. Thanks again..
