SIM-026MT rotary encoder

Has anyone found this jog wheel replacement part recently? Everyplace I go seems to be out of stock, mpc stuff, VST, akai. Anyone have this problem?

Thanks for the link I've been to the site. They cant find any parts for me either.
Were you thinking that the data sheet would help me out because I'm a little
too ignorant to know what to do with that info. Is there a place that can build new
parts with the proper data that you know of or that I would have access too.

on the left of their page you can request a quote. Provide them the part number and they may reply with an answer.

another alternative is to just replace the entire PCB board. Sure its more components than you need but for $60 its not bad at all

Digi doesnt have the part, even when i requested a quote.

If i could get a pcb board i would. mpcstuff, vst, akai, dont have those either.

yea, im having the same problem getting parts. look at my thread, an akai employee even stops by the thread.

we need to all e-mail akai a few times a day bitching about this. go to akaipro.com, hit the contact button and fill out the little form with ur question/comment, then copy the comment, so you can send it to every **** department in that **** place,, lets get this ball rolling, cause if we just lay here and take it in the ass then nothing will get done..

Bring this thread back to life because I can't find a replacement part anywhere I do not want to have to order a whole new board from MPCstuff for the sake of one component!
