Transfer MPC 2000XL files to MPC TOUCH - Is It Possible?

1). Can i transfer mpc 2000xl files from a iomega zip to my macbook / mpc touch?
2). Will the aps & seq n snd files be 100% compatible if i want to open the mpc2000xl files in mpc touch?
3). What's the best way to accomplish file transfer of /aps/seq n snd data to mpc touch and will the mpc touch read the files properly?

FACTS / SETUP
MPC 2000xl internal zip100, external zip 250, OS 1/14,
Macbook pro / Yosimite OS / 2 usb ports / 1 firewire / 1 thunderbolt / 1 cat5 / 1 sd card reader.
