When I try to make my bassline using 16 levels I don't have note variation. Can someone help me please?

How is it reacting? There are a few different options for 16 levels, make sure its to the tuning algo.

This might seem a stupid question, but did you SET it to Note variation? (Not Filter or anything else)

I'm using the renaissance. I don't see the option for note variation. instead of giving me different tones across my 16 pads it has the same tone on all of them.

When you open up the 16 levels window, they're should only be a few parameters you can change. Try them, off the top of my head your looking for "tuning".
