HOw exaCTLY do you use the zones properly i dont realy get it at all dose it divide the sample up or somthin

exactly! not perfectly with a little tweaking of the values its pretty close.

Download the pdf manual, ctrl + F , type in a word to searh for ie. "ZONE"
Guaranteed you will find out how to use zone from there.
