WHOLE song on FLOPPYS

is there any way i can save songs on a whole lotta floppy disks cause my ZIPS givin me assholes (not in a gay way)

i can save alot of midi beats on a floppy but if u r using samples ur gonna need a whole bunch of floppies..

yeh i know you kan save a sound on a disk if its not to big but can you put say a sample that requires say double the room avaliable on a floppy on 2 floppys and then open it by puttin in the first disk in then the second

and so can i put a whole song all the samples and midi etc on to like 10 disks ?

i got my mpc yesterday and i already know thats not possible
maybe you need a quick read of the manual

also, to make your samples take up less space, convert to mono and/or lower sample rate

Check it, if you had have downloaded a manual between the time we talked before and now and even loosely followed advice given to you then you would see that I answered your muhfff****n question precisely. What is it with cats not wanting to look for, download and actually READ the manual themselves and doing your their own homework. Cats is spoiled by the internet that's what it is, want me to spell it out for you?

The manual is free for pete's sake. IF I was lazy like that I wouldn't have even fessed up to havin a FREEe manual, it's free, it cost nothin, not even the cost of a mouses soul.

I get mine from vinyl, mp3, cd, dvd, tv, video tape, mini disc, kitchen and bathroom sink, where ever I feel like.

As far as I know there is no holy sanctified way to obtain samples. You get them anyway you want and make music. Sorry if I came off stupid but I'm human and I just get tired of the more simple stuff that is asked...

yep all back in action except for the floppy stuff it would be good if you could save a session on floppys like video games used to load 'please insert disk 2' etc

the 3.10 60 dos this when you save a pgm, I've needed up to 3 floppies for a PGM, the 3000 also does this, I'm sure your 2000 will do this, just try to save the whole pgm and samples.

I ahve used more than one floppy on my 2kxl before when saving a big song, I don't why you can't do it also.. I have since then upgraded to internal zip but I still have those floppies in my closet spanning 2-4 discs.

rrrr..the wonderful days of floppies, how come your ZIP is messing up man? dont u know that IOMEGA will give you a new disk or drive for free providing its in warrenty. I used to send off for 5-10 zips 250meg every month.

P.S. with regards to warrenty that starts from the day you bought it, which could mean whenever.
