Track export question

I use the mpc studio to create seperate tracks, then export seperate tracks as wav files to arrange and mix in Ableton. I like to create different tracks for the drums, and sometimes (for example) mute the kick drum track and make a new variation with the same sample and pad on a new track. Then I mute and unmute tracks on the mpc to see which ones I like and for where I want in the mix in the future. So I sometimes end up with 2 or more variations of the drum sounds (from same sample and on same pad) all on seperate tracks. When I export as seperate tracks is there a way to have all the variations save out at once. I have to mute the other variations of the drum sounds as they all seem to fight each other (and most end up blank) and do multiple exports to get all tracks. It sort of makes sense to me why, and I problably could copy the samples and put copies on different pads. I was just wondering if anyone else has a better idea and what you think would be the most efficient way. I will try anything. Thank you in advance for responses.
