MPC Rennaissance & Legacy Drum Comtent

On the Akai webpage for MPC Rennaissance downloads page there is a section at the bottom that reads Legacy Content.In this section is MPC Content-Drum Library. Do I download this for use with rennaissance or not?

If you download it you'll see they are just plain old wav files, so you can load them into any software you please, including the MPC Software.

And do you have to install the mpc content for rennaissance in a particular order for it to work?

Also is it possible to get up and running with mpc rennaissance and mpc software without internet connection or not?
