Do Fruity VSTs work on MPC software?

I've switches from fl to the MPC software and I'm havin a way better time making beats but got one problem. Is there anyway to get an effect, specifically the fruity compressor onto the software. I placed it in a folder and scanned it but it says failed is there any way to fix it? I really need this cause I been on FL for years and learned how to freak the compressor nasty, and the mpc compressor gives all the drums too much excess noise when I lower the threshold which sucks cause I wanna get an overcompressed sound and on the fruity comp I can turn the threshold waaaayyy down without all that noise being so obnoxious, any help would be beyond appreciated. trying to drop my first tape and this is really the only step left.

If memory serves, the Fruity Compressor is part of the Juice pack, which they do sell as a vst plugin. I was salty myself that I couldn't get the Fruity Limiter, because IMO the "brick wall" preset on FC doesn't sound as good as the Fruity Limiter on my kicks.

I dont think fruity vsts are 'normal' vsts, they are locked into fruityloops.

Go to FL studio icon on desktop
Then open location folder
Find FL vst folder
Copy contents
And drag it to your vst folder
Rescan and some should work

yeah but fruity generators and fx are not VSTs..

some of imageline's things are in vst format though

Anything before 12.3 gave me problems, after and within 12.3 all looks better and works okay, try within MPC as 32 bits.

The ones that install with it, true, but the ones they sell separately are both. It asks if you wish to install both during setup. They sell several of the factory plugins separately, but not all. Case in point : http://www.image-line.com/plugins/Effects/Juice+Pack/

Turns out I was close, it's the MULTIBAND compressor included in the Juice Pack, for $99. I bought it a while ago for the parametric EQ 2. I've used it a quite a bit in the MPC software, and occasionally the Love Philter. I used to love that Fruity Limiter, but it's one of the ones locked in FL. Believe it or not, just throwing that Fruity Limiter on my kick channel and choosing the "Brick wall" preset was the cleanest, hardest hitting kick sound I've ever achieved. T-Racks' Brickwall Lim, for instance, doesn't come close. If you can get it to hit as hard as the Fruity limiter it imparts a slight distortion which drives me nuts. I suck at compression, though.
Once upon a time I received the Compression course offered here as a participation prize for one of the forum mixtapes, but I can't find it now & it's not listed in my downloads/purchases.

The maximus basically has the fruity limiter built in. You don't have to choose a preset.. just make the adjustment yourself.. it's better than the fruity compressor, it's better than the multiband compressor too... because it is more flexible and it has a more options for the bands. It also has saturation that you can adjust with a threshold knob... and of course for the master as well as for each band you have a ceiling adjustment (the limiter)
