Iam sampling from my dec and sum dojy reason it says it cant take anymore after a couple of samples. whats the problem?

try defragmentig memory under Global,

I reckon its 1 of 3 things,
If u r trying to record all your samples in one go u have to adjust the record time to suit.

Or your autoload folder is filling up your memory,

or You havnt read the manual

Also read through the 4k Bible post above and the essential reading and questions posts and enter the newbie post. There are alot of good tips and information for working the 4k and any mpc unit. Good luck and the manual is necessary.

did defragment memory not do it for you ? I had the same problem few weeks ago, ... something to do with the RAM reorginizing itself to free up chunks of ram..
