Yup, just as long you act like you don't know. If you bought the Studio knowing 2.0 is dropping, Akai will make you buy the X or Live and say "you knew!". But if you act surprised after purchasing the Studio and 2.0 drops, Akai will feel sorry and give it to you for free. A good cry with tears will do.

which is an impossibility so they may as well just say Renaissance users aren't eligible for a free upgrade....

I've got a Ren and I'm not bothered in the slightest....I think its great and I'm still running 1.8.1..

If 2.0 is nice then i'll throw down the sheets......but if not I'm happy with what I've got until the X gets cheaper...

I kept meaning to draw a line in the sand and take the leap to 1.9 but I just never got round to it.....now I figure I may as well just sit tight and wait for 2.0........and still I'm a bit concerned that I might not like it...
