Selling my 4K to get 2K Original.

I went from using the 2k original for about 8 years then upgraded to a 4K then traded the 4k for a MacBook Pro and back on FL studio now. Both of them are awesome MPCs, theres a lot of cool hacks/tricks for the 2k deep in the vaults of this site that make it a contender. For basic sample based production id say the 2K has a super quick workflow, downsides are storage, memory, effects etc. 4k definitely a stronger machine with better sound output!

I feel you, I got the Maschine studio and a 2k classic. Was supposed to sell the 2000 but I realized it's easier to crank out a song and use other parts of the studio with it. I go from 0 to tracked out in 20min on both just sometimes that simplicity and limits of a 2k is great.
