How do you save a program on Live?

I'm only given the option to save a project. Even then, I don't see how to go get my programs out of that saved project.

I can't find how to save programs in the manual.

Also, how do I save the audio I Record into audio tracks? Where does this audio live on the internal drive?

Live though, is super fun and just what I was looking for.
