Tune a sample by decimals?

MPC X: Is there a way to control the the tuning of a sample with a dial more precisely? I want to tune a sample by the decimal places. It seems I can only do this with my finger moving up and down on the Tune Detail Screen, but this is inaccurate and hard to control. I'd like to use the dial to control pitch.

All respect due, where would I know that from? I've been using the Ren (and other MPCs) for years. You never had to use shift for that, just the cursors and the dial. And no, it's not in the manual either.

Sorry for the dumb questions, but I've never used a Touch or a Live before.

Yep it's in the manual but that's not the way to treat new users...

Ahh. Ok, to be fair, I had only been looking at the "Quick Start Guide", since the Akai site was down. Not much there to chew on. The Akai site is back up! Now I'm reading the "User Guide", much better
