Allen and Heath QU-16.
Really is a great bit of kit.
Too many features to list but great effects from the iLive line,24x22 audio interface.
Can also record all tracks separately to a USB thumb drive.
Great for having the Tempests voice outs with effects and what not.
Also has an iPad app which is pretty good.

Yeah it is Fanu...It's finding the time lately due to work...But then I wouldn't be able to afford it all so it's all swings and roundabouts I guess.

That's the constant struggle for me.
Got two audio jobs, really can't let go of either…and all of the time I got I want to put into music.
Sometimes I'm worn out by work, but every now and then (like today), an easier day comes along and hey what do you know…wrapped up a beat and started another.
Honestly, I hardly do any "normal life stuff" aside riding a bike and seeing my girl every now and then. And riding a skateboard, which I guess isn't even that normal for a 37-year-old if you ask some.
Ain't got no marriage, no kids, won't be getting any. Music is my wife, career, kids, and then some!
But yeah I digress. Obligations first, of course, and then…full-on beats time.
Went to the local record store today, got some wax, sampled it, and hey what do you know I'm cooking another very funky beat here tonight. Love Live as it's so fast to work with.

And in other news, the first MPC X units have confirmedly been sent towards Finland now…
