Exactly! It sucks as currently there is no way how to edit 16 level events - only re-record them.... :(

My german is getting rusty but I think I saw something about that in the beat.de post. Anyway to dig that up?

I just want to point something out. The way I see it akai is catching way more flack than any other company and even from its users. The who secret thing bothers me but other companies are the same.

If you have a live and continue to hate on it/ akai. Return it, do yourself a favor. You will never be happy and are exhausting your time and energy.

The last Elektron update for the digitakt was around the same time as the mini-update from akai. I don't see anyone complaining about the digitakt and what elektron is doing anywhere really. They released an unfinished, buggy product...

I know some of it Akai is doing to themselves, but nit picking the live isn't doing anyone anything.

You don't like the effects, don't use them. Buy a real effects box.
You don't like the features, find something that offers what you want.

After having 2 "unfinished" products" the live site digitakt. I must say that live beats t digitakt in every area. Akai might be scummy but I'm willing to see if they can turn it around. The live is just insane for what it can do.

If they were still working on it to have all the features everyone complains about, you would complain it's not released yet or find other flaws.

The whole Internet crybaby hippocrite theme is getting on my nerves.

Translation:
"This update includes a few performant functions ( :Sigh: ) for the MPC Live and X. Moreover, the new firmware comes with a completely new developed real time pitch shifting and time stretching algorithm to manipulate loops and hits on the pads, improved program and audio processing functions, BT 4.0 MIDI as well as support for memory expansion and external drives."

The rest is about the Ableton link function.
