What can footswitches do on the X?

What can footswitches do on the X?

Unfortunately the manual only tells you that...you can plug in footswitches and choose what to assign them to. It says nothing about WHAT you can assign them to.

For those that have the X, what does that menu let you choose?

I have a sustain swith input on my midi keyboard. Its to help cut off sustained notes so when you transistion from one note to another you can. That foot switch might also work for punching in record.
