Alright man, I see your side now that you put it that way. . I wasn’t trying to get you to stop criticizing, just confused by your posts. Besides all this mess man, keep up the good work.

Your MPC software (standalone and computer-based) wouldn't be where it is today without Fanu and a few other users. He constantly gave valuable feedback to AKAI (here, on twitter etc.) for years, long before the X and Live where announced or even planned.

Pretty big statement, based on the very discombobulated way Akai has done and continues to do things I'm not sure they really listen to anyone.
When I say anyone I mean users, beta testers, anyone.

Missing requested or needed features would be bad enough but the fact that they are treating standalone and controller mode like they are different products not different modes is a very troubling.

If you add that to Akai incredible track record for ending a product without properly developing it you then get a real good perspective on why Fanu should be upset with the state of his Live.

Here it is 2017 and Akai has finally released the most advanced unadvanced MPC ever yet lots of users are doing cartwheels about.

Must be a really large base of users out there doing 90s Boom Bap?
If not the fan boy virus has reached epidemic proportions.

i don't know who fanu is. I dont even know most of yall sucka mc's in here either.

Its clear though, that some of yall have a relationship with him. thats cool and the gang.

the constant pushback and negative nancy posts OP was posting were seen as trolling to me, so I said what I said.

build a bridge and get over it... suckas! :smoker:

Is the issue he mentioned a real issue? did he make it up? is he lying about what he is saying? If it's accurate then how is that trolling?

Every other product and service on earth has online criticism to help consumers decide on products... look at carcomplaints, a website to find out common issues with certain car models before buying a used car.... how about yelp, a site to find out about businesses before deciding to go there.. You don't see people defending automobile defects etc...

@mr_debuch... Yes if you keep complaining about something ad nauseum , thats “considered” trolling.

@starman, you learn something new everyday

@live bait :D , Jackie chan is my dude. Fun fact: I worked with him on a documentary that’s coming out next year at some point. Spoiler: he can still do a round house and did all of his stuns in his last flick thats in theaters...

At the end of the day, im actually “trolling” y’all (since y’all are the mugs who responded). :fku:

But im done, and you mugs can have the last word on the trolling bit (dont want to keep wasting bandwidth on an argument that will never have an end :P  ), but I will say I really love the akai live and X. Its clear many others do not like akai and what they have done to the mpc and are not satisfied about the live and X. I trust those people will find peace in some other way to make their music.

Thanks for playing kiddos, do know that I respect and care for all of y’all , and this is, in my eyes, just harmless banter.. :worthy:
