I’m coming from a sp303 and ableton background and I have a couple questions. How do you copy a sample across the pads and edit the sample without changing the start point on all the samples. Also is there a way to do this with all of them being in the same group so they can cut each other off.

Any help is welcomed guys. So far I’m really digging this machine, I just want to be able to push it to its boundaries

Just hold the pad you want to copy and hit COPY and assign to all the pads you need.

Live has mute groups, kinda different but its easy once you know how it functions. Took me a while to understand it. Should be in the MENU.

Your workflow is like mine but on an MV8800.

in program edit set the "slice" to "pad" then copy, now each pad can have it's own start and end times...
