I'll email tbis to Akai later ,
Standalone users should check this please,

Load an instrument ,such as a bass ,
Assign an insert effect such as LPF ,
Go to assign Q-Link controllers ,to maybe Pan , insert level ,volume etc
Test that it works ..
Save the project.
Turn off ,
Turn on and load project...
Q-links don't work ,..untill you view the Q-Link assign page again ,then they work.

Confirmed here as a bug on 2.05 standalone. Using MPC Live. Set up Q link 1 to control wet/dry balance on delay effect on a return. Works fine. Save project. Power down. Reload project. Turn q link, doesn’t control the wet/dry on the delay until i go to the q link assign page.

Pretty major bug this and it should have been nailed by now! I'm putting a major tour together at the mo, saved all the q link settings for the artist for live sound manipulation, powered off and the Q links dont do anything when powering back up UNTIL I skip to the Q link assign page. :?

A workaround...
Instead of diving into menus just Hold Qlink button and choose the behaviour of Qlink knobs that's how i do it..

Cheers!
