Hmmm they better had fixed it. They should of given you a new one.

He said that the technician refitted a connection cable and did a firmware update.
My X already had the latest firmware so I'm curious.. Maybe he re-updated it with the same firmware.

I understand but I don't really mind.. My X was in good shape.. and it seems that a loose cable was the only problem.. we'll see..

Yes bro you got more patience than me. I agree 100% with Living Bate, you paid a grip for that X it should of went through rigorous Quality Control to make sure it was tight. To many machines had problems. One or two but many? Product wise is unexceptable.

No matter the cost when you buy a product it should work as suppose.mI would expect this type of behavier from amateurs.

Purchasing these new MPCs should not feel like Russian Roulette.
