song mode changing bpm problem

Hi everybody, I’m running 1.9.7 version with an MPC Studio and I have a problem with song mode.
Sometimes I compose beats made of sequences with bpm variatons. When I try to convert the final song into a sequence (in order to export it) I see that the full song takes the bpm of the first sequence and I can’t change it in any way… I come from MPC 2000 XL and it didn’t happen with it. It's a bit frustrating to export individual sequences and stitch them in another DAW...

Anybody can help me? Thanks a lot

This is how it is in the MPC Software, I can only assume Akai don't think their target customers would dare change BPM mid-sequence. There are no 'tempo change' events in the MPC Software, so it also cannot be automated. I have reported this many times, no response.

Not sure if it is considered a bug or a feature request...as you say, it's been a feature of the MPC since forever.

I haven't tried the 2.0 MPC software yet ... does the same problem persist?
