WTF is this LOL :WTF: ! I have seen zero requests for these features. Why did they even bother going to NAMM :Sigh:

1. Multitimbral Support
2. Crossfade Loops
3. Proper automation editing
4. A list editor in which you can focus on specific parameters
5. Clip mode that does not stop clips when switching tracks

These are the ones I see everywhere. Not liking the way this is headed bros.... No comments on what might be coming or not. Alot of "we're listening to our customers" sales speak but who and what are they listening to? Obviously not this forum of users.

I feel you on the things they disclosed. Flatten Pad and custom chord progressions are obviously going to be very useful. Of course I will wait til the 2.1 is actually presented. My gut feeling is this update is not imminent. I do hope at the very least crossfade loops, expanded automation editing in standalone and some expansion to the MIDI capabilities are in development. If they say they are listening to user community than those things should start to see some progress.

Just one question. Is it possible to jump directly to new update from 2.0.5 in standalone or do I have to make the updates in between?

I've skipped updates before. Sometimes yes and sometimes no. If its a major update, then yes, its best to increment the updates one by one. But something small like fixes usually doesn't need in between updates.

Like Yorgo's said.. Just update straigth to the latest version.. Only problem I've run into is that some new plugins are skipped during the scan.. To resolve that I downgrade to 1.6 and do a scan. That's when they are detected. And after that I update to 2.x..

I just put in 2.0.7 firmware and 2.0.8 for my computer yesterday. Seems the screen is more responsive and it's just clearer and everything works smoothly. So for me the updates are very good. I don't know to much of what's going on with this 2.1 but if it improves the Live and X I'm all for it.

For ME lm happy cause l use it to flip drums abd l used XY efx and automation which is dope and l will explore more of it. Live the flatten pad to make new drums.
