The vip software 3.1 is now out. I mention this here as there is increased midi functionality on the software and I’m guessing they may be working on the live/x in the same ways. Just a shot in the dark really but might be another step towards multitimbral support.

Yeah for those midi keyboard/controllers. Yeah they are working on the Live/X as we speak. 2.1 is tight as f*** I am loving the sequencer. I tried to mess up on purpose doing drums and my drums still fell on the grid! dam :worthy:

Yes sir!!! I feel like lm back on the 2000XL but with modern features like explode and exporting and better effect etc.

If l was Akai l would bust my ass to make these machines legendary. The potential is monstrous!

Since 2012 until 2017 there was an empty gap in my production life and l had this blind faith in Akai that they would come with something that l would fall in love with all over again. Now here it is. Patience is a motha f****!

Though lm not getting any of the midi controllers Akai have l hope those who have them can enjoy them.

Yes, the 2.1 software sequencer is tight also. I was referring to the standalone sequencer. I remember when l daid l wouldn't touch the software now look at me lol
