What up MPC Forums fam! I was an MPC user 1k, 5oo, 25k, Ren, and MPCStudio Silver and decided to go full out into NI Maschine (for my own reasons.) and enjoyed it and got projects done and released. But yesterday I just bought the MPC Live and the MPC Live Bible and have been enjoying the standalone experience! Didn't realize how much I missed the standalone experience. I have not even installed the MPC 2.x Software on my desktop yet, just been loving being away from the desktop and being totally engaged in hands on production. The touchscreen is super responsive, I have been impressed with the feel of the unit and have had no problems and updating the firmware to 2.1 was a painless process, really easy. Glad to be back and feeling kinda liberated and looking forward to adding this to my live performance set!

Had mines since last year 2017. The new update 2.1 has the software and standalone tight and sweet. The sequencer is tight like the 2000XL and lm having so much fun in software mode and standalone.
Hay, l said l wouldn't use the software and now l use it. If you use the software you get to use the dopest instruments. Get into it you won't be sorry.
