What Size SSD for MPC Live?

i use a crucial 1tb SSD. Works fine. Just have to format it in xFAT I believe it’s called.

I'm thinking about bumping my 1TB Samsung EVO SSD up to the 2TB version...

I went with 1tb samsung evo. I think it's enough you can never have too many sounds :0

So I just want to verify that once I add a SSD drive and reformat it I'll be able to add more libraries and sample instruments. and maybe event kits. Is there a special way to create the folders or can MPC Live/X read anything?

You can create folders on the ssd. You can add audio files and kits. Yes yes yes yes.

If you connect it to a computer you can even add files the mpc cant even read.
