MPC LIVE WITH MOOG 37 SUBSEQUENT

Sup guys this is literally my last resort I've been trying to resolve this problem since yesterday

So I've recently bought a MPC live and its great however I wanted to buy a hardware synth to input the sounds for baselines etc. I''ve bought the MOOG 37 however I can't input the sounds from the synth into the MPC, I'm not sure where I am going wrong here.

I'm not trying to use it as a MIDI controller so there would not be any need for MIDI TO MIDI if I'm right?

I'm trying to use the output Jack of the synth into the input jack of the MPC but still no sounds are coming through?

Help urgent its stressing me lol

Is the sample page or audio track monitor on ?

As this is your last resort, what have you tried already?

Make sure your input settings are set correctly on the Live.
