MPC Studio as external controller for MPC Live?

Would this work? does mpc studio work as class compliant controller when not plugged into a pc?
will borrow one and see, just asking incase anyone knows

I don’t think the silver is compliant not sure about the black one.

I thought to even access midi mode in the silver studio it needed to be connected to the software. I’ll try it later today when I get home.

Yeah i tested it no good mpc studio just does colour display demo, mpc studio = worst mpc ever, not even a decent controller
