MPC Live as an audio interface for Maschine

What’s up guys.

I want to use my Live as an interface for my Maschine MK2. I am running Windows, as well.

Right now, when I load the Maschine software, Live does not come up as an audio interface option to select. I read somewhere that I need to use my Live in controller mode in the MPC software in orser to get other DAWs to recognize it?

Does anyone have experience using both together?

Set Live to controller mode and the interface will be available, 'standalone' literally means 'stand alone', so in standalone mode it is invisible to your computer.
