Best Way Render Song to DAW Without Software

Not if you're doing Dolby TrueHD, DTS HD, Dolby Atmos. My studio is setup at 24/96 as the standard. I do wish I could sample in stand alone at 24/96 and import 24/96 samples into the device.

Yes.. that is the standard for video productions. 24/48. I record at 24/96 and then dither down. I know people will say it does not matter, because we can't hear above 22Khz. But I have the lots of processing power and hard drives are inexpensive. Also after seeing how much space, RAW 8K video file take up, recording at 24/96 is nothing. I say record at the highest quality we can.

Cues are higher.

44.1/16 is what they'll get from me. To hell with industry standards and studio preferences bwahahahaha

I give them what they ask for since l can do it.

24bit gives you more dynamic range and precision.On the other hand 44.1KHZ would do just fine as it’s way beyond out hearing spectrum...That’s why engineers asking for that resolution..

Exactly. I was told years back by Grammy award winning engineers and everyday engineers that the dynamic in 24 bit a little more detail in sound. For example you can hear more detail in a delay tail.

All my drum sounds are 44.1/24 bit reso.
