I am having a stupid problem that is completely unpredictable and confusing 
I have specified that I want Recycle as my Sample Editor inside of Aksys. Now when I double click on the sound files(samples) inside of Aksys (on the MPC harddrive), they transfer over and then try to open up inside of Ableton Live 4 
At this point Live tries to start up and then promptly tells me that this file is not a Live Song file.... no sh*t! I didn't want to open it in Live to begin with. I haven't got Aksys to open a file into the correct sample editor since I've been using Aksys with my Mac. Now I know this is absolutely not rocket science so what am I doing wrong? Is the a known issue with Macs and the Aksys - "Sample Editor" preference. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have performed the same function with a PC and it worked flawlessly. Somebody please help!
