TimeStretch Algorithm....

Hey everyone..I look in the Manual and online... Is there a way to Adjust the Timestrech Algorithm settings in "StandAlone" Mode? Seems as tho you can only adjust it in the Software on the Computer. Which defeats the purpose of being Standalone. From what I read, the TimeStretch Algorithm has several options to choose from, to remove Artifacts from the Sample being Timestretched.
I know a lot of you guys will hate me but...If I opened up FL Studio and load the same sample in the Slicer, I can TimeStretch it down to like 25bpm and it'll still sound pristine!

The standalone real-time timestretch algorithm is very basic and is optimized for CPU usage. If you need to do high quality timestretch, I recommend either of two things:

1. Do offline timestretch if you aren't playing the sample chromatically (go to Sample Edit -> Process -> Timestretch or Pitch Shift)
2. Do online timestretch as your sketching out your song. Switch to controller/software mode and bounce your sound down from there, where you'll have the best quality timestretch.

Hmmmm I'll have to try it thru the Sample Edit-> Process, to see if the quality is better.

I pitch tune a sample first, then pitch shift it for hands-on timestretching. Or I stretch it on the DJS and render it over to the MPC.

It’s much better than the real-time timestretch.
