I'm posting to see if anyone here is running Win 7 with MPC 2.0 (2.2.1 here) and can send MIDI clock out from the Live successfully?? I've tried every setting in MPC software I can and nothing sends any clock or even note data out to my JDXI

sync out works when im in stand alone...just not the MPC software

Check in the preference tab that in midi ports are assigned

i think this is not a problem with W7 but also with W10 and Apple
