I sended a mail last week to akaipro about some things we wanted to be updated on tha 4k. They havent sended something back tho. Last time I had suggestions, they did send a response.

What im thinking now is to let you guys send this mail alltogether to [email protected].
And we´ll keep on doing this untill one of us gets a respond.

Is someone with me?
I hate to say this, but Akai pro are lazy people .. bah!

thats sean's from the dspforum e-mail address. Hes tied up right now from what I heard and might not have the time to get back to alot of minor concerns such as our wants. He might only have time to deal with tech question if any at all. Im sure hell get back to you. so far he is the only one from akai that has ever sent response to a question I had.

When I've sent input (Bugs and RFE's) to [email protected]

Sometimes I get a response and sometimes I don't. I've seen suggestions that I have sent
to them, without any reseponses back, implemented into OS 1.7.

Actually, usually when I get a response back, it's when they have a question about what I am wanting with my Bug or RFE.

Not sure if this helps or not, just thought that I'd give you my experiences.

Yeah, why don't you try responding to his post in German or whatever he speaks and see how well you do.

They speak French or Flemish (= Dutch with an accent ;-) in Belgium, duh

The rest of us spent quite a bit of time about 50 years ago trying to make sure they *didn't* have to speak German, you may have heard about it... :D

Non, je parle néerlandais, parce-que je suis flamande. J´habite à Anvers. Vous parlez francais? Je parle francais un petit peu, trop peu..
