How to record my MPC Live display screen?

After watching the first video of the MPC Academy by AkaiProVideo on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJnEy4dp2eg&t=360s) I was wondering if anybody knew how to record the screen on their MPC display? I plan on making some educational videos for my students and was hoping to do the same. Thanks.

I wonder if he's taking advantage of the Touch's use of DisplayLink and filming via screen capture. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me can chime in.

This question was raised before and tutor answered pretty close to what bezo said. Wouldn’t know where to begin with a search for it, but I’m assuming bezo has it right

Think that feature is on software mode? It used to be there at least.
I do recall seeing my Ren screen on my computer screen after activating that. Was kind of cool.
