Way to assign attack/release to Qlinks?

Perhaps I was asking a bit much in my last question about doing mass changes to programs... I'd like to know, simply, is there a way to set up my program so in one Qlink row, first knob is amp attack, second amp release, and three and four are sends? Is this possible? I haven't been able to figure it out. Thanks.
