Keygroup synced to tempo

I loaded up a keygroup instrument from one of my expansion pack. As I have tried to play it, I found that it was synced to the tempo which made it unusable for what I was trying to accomplish. Is there a way I can turn this off or at least change the setting to what would work for me?

You need to find out what is synced. Could be an effect insert (either across the whole program or across all keygroups), or could be LFO added to all keygroups (PROGRAM EDIT > LFO MOD). If it's across the keygroups, you'll need to set the keygroup number to ALL before editing.

Yeah I've gone through all of those before I came here and got nowhere.
