Can't load any expansions

Hi,

I've hardly ever felt the need for adding expansions, but when I've tried it's always failed and I've given up. Now I notice the problem may be that I have no content folder, just Program Data/Akai/MPC/Expansions and within that just a few PNG and XML files. Anyone know what's happened and what I need to do to successfully download expansions and load them to my live?

A few questions for you that might help get an answer...

* Are you running in standalone, and if so what firmware version?
* Are you running in software, and if so what version of the software and what operating system?

Hi I'm using standalone 2.3 and have just uninstalled software and reinstalled 2.3 (windows 10) then went back to search within program data/Akai/MPC folder and still no content folder visible. I have all hidden file and folders set to reveal. I was hoping to copy content folder contents to the standalone MPC Live unit.
