How to use Clip programs and switch to other modes

Finally I found a way to use Clip programs and switch to other modes without stopping Clip playback.
In Clip mode, I record all clips at the beginning of the sequence and then I switch them on and off with Pad mute.
So instead of launching clips from Program edit mode, I do it from Pad mute.
You can even quantize the pad mute mode so it behaves exactly as the quantization of program edit.
This way all works perfectly and you can keep the clips going while switching to a synth or a drum program or whatever.
