I like the sound of that, I have Omnisphere 2.5 and it's a beast! I hope I can get Hype for the MPC Live in the future. 2000 plus presets, DAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMMMM! :worthy:
Cause I love my Live, I do my thing in that and it's a breeze since I am use to it now.

eclipxe wrote:Force is amazing. Spent 2 hours using Hype. 2k+ presets, it’s almost like a mini Omnisphere. Workflow is so good.

Yo I can't front, Akai did their thing on that machine, nice vid! Now I see what they were working on. The levels window look dope I hope we get some thing like that in 2.4 with the Live/X.
I wonder how many Push users are going to jump ship? :hmmm:  If this thing had Pads like my MPC Live, I ain't going to lie I would sell the Live and get this.
From what I'm hearing the Force sold out in stores? Dammmmmmmmmmmmmm! smh

Sold out?
Great. It means they will have resources to develop their standalone arsenal, Mpc included.
On the other side, if people prefer to work in ableton style, I don't know how Mpc future will be
Let's see. As for now I stay with my Mpc Live.

eclipxe wrote:Not yet. When Splice integration comes then yes via Splice. Not there at ship.

Load any sound or midi file via wifi? Not with Splice.

eclipxe wrote:What does the Ethernet connection do?
-Ableton Link for syncing clocks and transports.

Shame it doesn't do more.

eclipxe wrote:Can you post the PDF user manual?
-Full manual not available yet

I wonder why? 1500 dollar machine and no Full manual? That's a new one.

eclipxe wrote:What other things can you do with the fader?
-Just crossfade between tracks assigned to A or B

Well perhaps they will update that or add more functions to the cross fader

That's a sales/marketing video for their online store. Those dudes think they're slick!! Where are the independent music publications reviews? Where are the real users? All these videos are of people who, had the machine for months.

I want to see the unboxing videos and real user generated content. No company staff. No store outlets selling pre-orders. No sponsored videos. No fake accounts, pretending to be real users.

Yeah it looks like Akai this time made the right move, catching an audience of djs and musicians who used ableton and want to go standalone with a portable device.
But no battery? No arrangement mode?
As Mr. Charles said, let's wait for some.indipendent user to come out with a serious honest review.
Now it's only marketing, of course.

I recently converted to MPC after using Maschine for years. I was impressed with how easy and straightforward sampling is on MPC Live. People don’t believe me when I say this but about 4 months ago I added Novation Launchpad Pro with included Ableton Live Lite to my setup because I wanted to experience 64 pads but couldn’t justify a Push purchase. So with the workflow of sampling and creating grooves first on MPC Live, I would then export to Ableton and polish things up with chords and melodies via Launchpad. And then I was thinking what if a standalone Launchpad or Push was made with the MPC way of sampling and editing but never thought that would actually happen. Maybe others thought the same way. And here we are.

Yeah for you is perfect.
You are lucky, they exactly make your workflow on a box.
