MPC X screen lag and internal storage plugin skins

- I have de-installed the demos as well - without a noticeable error. But the empty folder is still shown in the standard load-screen - cannot get rid of it.....
- I am using a standard template (I keep refining) to start new projects or simply some improvisations to keep a standard. I listend to the demos, but as I am doing completely different music, I cannot use them in the first place.
- As we are talking about it: Why don't we have this standard load screen not as a link within the OS?! If I spend hours on trying out things, I need to shut down the MPCX completely every time I start fresh with a template....silly.... OR did I miss something - any ideas?

Uhhh - not sure whether this really works. I assume there are files which are not visible - and therefore not to be copied or deleted. This might be the reason for the "empty and ugly" folder placeholder I have now on my screen....

I just called them, UK support are useless. I spoke to 2 different people and both times I asked something I was put on hold for them to go ask the engineers. The after sales support for the MPC X is a joke.

I got an email from one of the senior members of tech support and got the file to sort it out.

UK tech support are **** useless.

If anyone has a problem with their mpc after deleting factory content off the internal drive here is the link to restore it and restore your MPC back to factory condition.
