Question bout firmware

Hi there guys, first post here.

I’ve just bought a new Live unit from a store and the firmware is 2.0.7
My question is: can I download the 2.4 update and install it from usb directly? Or do I have to install the previous updates (that I don’t find anywhere in the Akai web)?
Prolly is a stupid question, but I prefer consulting first to you

You can go ahead and install 2.4 directly. I don't think firmware 2.07 supports usb drive updates, so you'll have to update to 2.4 using a computer connected to the MPC via USB.
