Any tips on how to find a tempo on a 2 bar loop?

most of my loops are just 2 bars, i was wondering if anyone knew

a quick way to find tempo on samples..? thanks

BPM counter.....Or loop it up in soundforge and use the Edit Tempo feature

what all software do you have?

(beats)x(60 secs) / (sample length)

basically 2bars is 8 beats... so 8 times 60 is 480.... just divide 480 by the length of the sample...

simple... there's the bpm of the sample... i use this formula everytime....

just sample from turntable to adobe audition.... that way you know right away if you need to adjust the pitch on the turntable to get a 'rappable/singable' bpm....

I just use my ears, and do a little trail and error with my BPM until it fits. This works for me most of time.

Man go into edit on the trim screen and scroll the furvest u can 2 the right to view the time strectch function then press bpm and it will tell u the tempo there
