Is it nessery I use the Blue USB cable

Hi is it nessery I use the Blue USB cable that came with my mpc X? Or can I just use a regular USB cable, its just that the blue USB cable is a bit too short for my set up, let m know

It needs to be 3.0 cable, but it can be black or blue. Keeping it blu may help with wire management if it's your only blue USB cable.

That cable has been known to cause issues - better to replace it anyway.

Probably any generic USB cable will do TBH.
