Hey all, so, Ali made an 8 bar midi loop, and used the double length button in the sequence edit. I wanted it to become 64 bars, so, I pressed 3 times.
The first 8 bars is fine, but sometimes when I do this, I get repeated notes in the doubled sequence.
So, after 8 bars, the next 8 bars will have midi notes on top of each other... it doesn’t happen every time, but seemingly random. Has anyone else had this happen? I’ve not seen any posts about it.

Thanks

I get the same problem. Basically sounds like one bar is lounder than the rest of the track? It's fully repeatable bug. The only way round is to remove the bars impacted and recopy the sequence so not to overlap. Pain in the ass

I’ve actually, also noticed that it seems to have input a few random notes as well, on the doubled part.
Very frustrating.

There seems to be no limits to the incompetence of these akai developers. Or should I say akai clowns in a shit circus.

When executing the Double Length function, notes outside the loop length are also copied, causing duplication. It seems this issue has existed since the MPC2.
