They are somewhat generic looking graphics wise but it will list the parameter and move as your turn the knobs. All the info is there but it’s not as pretty as some of the GUI stuff I seen out there.

Exactly!

Yeah, i saw a video about that, you need a macro program or something like that to get all the presets.

I watched every video on youtube about it's integration with MPC. One video came close to showing what I was looking for. I hit up the youtuber today, and he said you can browse all the presets from the MPC X.

Cockdiesel wrote:Charles that’s what the vip software does. It’s like a standalone vst you can open up other vsts in. It’s not all flashy like most software but very powerful. Even the macros for each of the four plugins were assigned to the keyboard knobs as you could scroll through them and see the parameters on the small screen.
That’s why I stay stuck on it and akai moving in the keyboard direction. The advance series was dope but I don’t use software so I just bought a keystep.

Right now i browse all the presets from Maschine's hardware while using it as a plugin inside MPC. I'm use to it, and it's pretty fast for me. I'm thinking of using VIP as Komplete's host so I don't have to rely on a second piece of hardware, and switch presets from the LIVE. I doubt that's going to work though.

With Reason Rack integration AU coming soon thats a flood of options for me. I may just have to keep second piece of hardware and integrate a keyboard and use Komplete Kontrol keyboard and software, leave maschine for it's expansions, and keep the Live/Touch as the central hub.

Crazy time to be in music, i've been making a lot of music lately with all these synths and sound sources.

Yo Kay the Komplete Kontrol keyboard is dope. My boy just got one.
Maybe Akai should look down the road and do something like that?

I agree, but it has to be something like the MPC-X. Meaning hardware supported by the software, with onboard storage for (emulated) plugins and sample packs. And fully weighted keys of course.

That would be dope. But here's where lm at.
Hardware integration with software , cool.

You want hammer action keys on it? Are we talking 88 keys or 61 or 48? I mean that would be dope. That might be expensive on the key bed part. Only known small keyboard l know made with hammer action keys is made by Fatar. But its old tech. And l don't know how many would get into 88 keys.
Peace
