proteus x

im think of getting a proteus x so i can compose... will i be able to sequence my composition on thempc 2000xl if i get the proteus x?

im still new to music production. i dont know anything about hooking up a software sound module to a mpc.. but the proteus x does come with a sound card that has midi in and outs though...

you can do it this way...not the most conventional method but accomplishable, through midi.

i use my software vst /refils as virtual sound module

easy

output on your soundcard to the input on your mixer or mpc
and record as if u were sampling with vinyl

you record the audio instead of midi?
