This comes out to $197.47 USD (including shipping) for those across the pond. That's literally almost 20% of the cost for a new MPC Live. :hmmm:

Sweet case, but that's crazy expensive IMHO (for us yankees anyway).

197$ really isn't bad for a heavy duty case. Equipment cases for music gear and wires usually end up costing as much as the gear...

I have something like this for my X and it is a lifesaver (SKB case). This is similar to that but already shaped for your live. Under $200 is definitely not bad.

I have had several hard cases of this type/size and bigger in the past and I can
definitely say it's not a bad price.

The shipping turned me off, but that's because I don't NEED it. I own something not as sturdy and with no room for wires. My Live goes in the case, in my backpack. If I traveled seriously with my Live, I'd consider it. Similar products without room for wires is not much cheaper.

Looks good. I put it on my watch list just in case.

I've travelled with my MPC Live (planes), and my carry-on is where it was always at (I'd never send it through via cargo). Curious if that hard case is small enough to be considered a "small handbag"? It's roughly 18.7" x 16.3" x 6". Will have to check with air carriers, as most US-domestic limit you to 1 carry on at a max of 22" and a small handbag.

Southwest is 10x16x24.

I've ALWAYS carried my 2kxl in a messenger bag (carry on allowed) and a backpack with me when traveling internationally. Never had problems, NEVER placed in cargo. NEVER.

Hey EnochLight, I really appreciate the feedback. I'm working hard to beat down the shipping costs however I'd much rather use a reputable shipping company than a cheap untrusted one hence the cost. I had a sale yesterday to America totalling $191.47 including shipping by the way.

EnochLight rest assured this case is carry on luggage approved for most, if not all airlines and I've held my MPC Live safely in the overhead baggage hold on numerous flights throughout Europe.

Yep, it's a lot smaller than the max specs I posted above.

Indeed, and like you said its priced pretty well. The case is rock solid and I hope to put together some videos showing just how well it protects the MPC Live in the near future.

Yeah, it's crazy isn't it?

You put your item on sale at nearly 50% off, and shipping is then 50% of the final cost. Insane.

(That was *not* in reference to you or your pricing!)
